About the Position
We are seeking a Lawyer with over 5 years of experience to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine, or remotely worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the business activities of the group of companies;
- Full cycle of contract work;
- Providing legal consultations for internal teams and businesses within the group;
- Interaction with government and regulatory bodies, registrars, and notaries;
- Registration activities (EDRPOU);
- Analyzing legislation and judicial practice.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a lawyer;
- Higher legal education;
- Deep knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, and procedural legislation;
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, attention to detail, and proactivity.
