Responsibilities
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung technischer sowie digitaler Anfragen rund um das CAD/CAM Portfolio (Restorative / Implantologische sowie weitere digitale Lösungen/Workflows)
- Klinische und anwendungsorientierte Beratung für die Nutzung der Produkte im Praxis- oder Laboralltag via Remote
- Sicherstellung eines herausragenden Kundenerlebnisses durch schnelle Reaktionszeiten und hohe Lösungskompetenz
- Analyse und Diagnose technischer und softwaretechnischer Probleme im Produktumfeld sowie Anleitung der Kunden bei der Fehlerbehebung
- Dokumentation aller Kundenkontakte und Servicefälle im CRM-System zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen wie Produkt- und Qualitätsmanagement, R&D, Vertrieb und lokalen Serviceorganisationen
- Sicherstellung von Service-KPIs (z. B. Erreichbarkeit, Lösungsquote, Kundenzufriedenheit)
- Gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit zur Teilnahme an Schulungen, Workshops oder technischen Einsätzen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im dentalen, technischen oder medizinischen Bereich (z. B. Zahntechniker, Medizintechnik)
- Fundiertes Wissen im digitalen CAD/CAM-Bereich (CEREC, inLab) sind von Vorteil
- Technisches Verständnis für Hard- und Softwarelösungen im dentalen Umfeld
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Zielorientierung
- Teamplayer mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
- Hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit und analytisches Denken
- Strukturierte, selbstständige, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Praxis, Labor oder dentalem technischen Support wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Patienten oder Kundenservice oder in der telefonischen Beratung sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen (Französisch, Spanisch, Italienisch) sind ein Plus
