About the Position

We are seeking a Deputy Chief Accountant with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Kyiv, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the correct reflection of operations related to insurance activities in accounting records;
• Ensuring the correct reflection of operations related to business activities in accounting records;
• Controlling accounts receivable and payable, calculating the reserve for doubtful debts, and monitoring its use;
• Preparing a cash flow statement;
• Preparing certain regulatory reports for the NBU (IRCF, IR24);
• Supporting audit and tax inspections related to job responsibilities;
• Monitoring changes in tax and regulatory legislation and analyzing the impact of changes on the company's work.

Requirements

• Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Experience as a Deputy Chief Accountant for at least 5 years.
• Experience in an insurance company or other financial institutions.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian accounting and tax legislation.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Proficiency in 1C, M.E.Doc, and Excel.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and organization.
