AMS BUD, a company specializing in the construction, repair, and reconstruction of commercial premises, invites new members to join our team. We are looking for an Assistant to the Manager for a full-time remote position in Lviv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Organization and management of the manager's work calendar
• Planning and coordination of meetings
• Handling telephone and email communications
• Monitoring the execution of the manager's assignments
• Organizing business trips
• Working with documentation
• Monitoring the execution of assignments by company employees
• Organizing the workflow (control of deadlines, tasks for the manager, etc.)
• Performing personal assignments of the manager

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably in management, economics, administrative management, philology, jurisprudence)
• Experience in working with documents, managing the manager's calendar, organizing meetings
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs
• Proficiency in messengers and business email
• Fluent Ukrainian language
• Organizational skills
• Business communication
• Time management
• Document management
• Diplomacy and confidentiality
• Multitasking and stress resistance

We Offer

• Competitive salary: 200 - 500 USD per month (8972.78 - 22431.95 UAH)
• Full-time remote work
