About the Position
Завгосп-господарник
We are seeking a dedicated Завгосп-господарник to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The Завгосп (господарник) is responsible for maintaining the technical and operational condition of the unit's premises, property, and equipment. This role involves organizing domestic support, performing ongoing repair work, and monitoring the use of material resources. The main focus is on the uninterrupted functioning of the operational part and adherence to established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the proper operational condition of premises and territory;
- Performing ongoing repair and maintenance work;
- Monitoring the functionality of engineering and domestic systems;
- Accounting, storage, and use of operational property;
- Organizing small procurements and ensuring the needs of the unit;
- Adhering to operational rules and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Basic skills in housekeeping and technical work;
- Ability to work with tools and equipment;
- Organization and responsibility;
- Attention to detail and independence in work;
- Willingness to learn and work according to established standards.
Salary
- 50,000-50,000 UAH per month
