En Conpas queremos incorporar en el equipo un/a Zoho Solutions Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Participar con el equipo comercial en las reuniones de descubrimiento con clientes potenciales.
• Realizar el análisis funcional de las necesidades del cliente y profesionalizar la toma de requerimientos, para que lo vendido llegue bien definido a producción.
• Diseñar la solución técnica y colaborar con producción en la estimación del esfuerzo y el alcance.
• Preparar y realizar demos adaptadas a cada cliente.
• Crear y mantener los entornos de demo.
• Apoyar en la elaboración de propuestas y ofertas.
• Seguir las novedades de producto de Zoho y trasladarlas a los equipos comercial y de producción.

Requirements

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en preventa o consultoría de implantación de soluciones CRM o ERP. Se valorará muy positivamente la experiencia en el ecosistema Zoho, aunque se acepta experiencia en otros (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics o Business Central, HubSpot, entre otros).
• Grado universitario en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Sistemas de Información o titulación afín.
