Responsibilities

Job Description (Your Missions)

Sector Pilot: Ensure the operational management of your area and guarantee overall performance with the Regional Director (conversion rate, show rate, control of takeovers…).
Manager: Support, motivate, and challenge teams daily (activity monitoring, meetings, action plans…).
Business & Reporting: Develop the business, analyze key indicators, and implement appropriate action plans.
Recruiter & Trainer: Integrate, train, and unite new talents to ensure their success.
Customer Experience Ambassador: Guarantee exceptional support and a seamless journey from A to Z in all your agencies.

Area of Intervention: Travel to agencies in the Rhône Auvergne area (Clermont Ferrand, Lyon Décines, Caluire, Limonest, Vénissieux, Mâcon, Saint Priest, Saint-Etienne, Villefranche sur Saonne). This area may evolve with the growth of the network.

Your Profile

Qualifications (Your Profile)
