Zuora Billing & Revenue Solutions Architect

About the Position

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Zuora Billing & Revenue Solutions Architect for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

You'll take ownership of an already live Zuora environment. The focus is not on building from scratch, but on safely expanding platform capabilities as the business scales, acting as both the technical architect and the key escalation expert while bridging IT and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy new pricing models, product catalogs, and revenue rules within live Zuora Billing (ZB) and Zuora Revenue (ZR) environments without disrupting existing operations.
• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex billing, rating, and revenue recognition issues.
• Translate finance and controllership requirements (including ASC 606, month-end close policies, etc.) into technical Zuora configurations. Ensure seamless data flow and integration between Zuora and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across billing, revenue, integrations, and system architecture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue in live production environments.
• Strong understanding of Zuora architecture and optimizing existing implementations.
• Solid understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and real-world revenue recognition processes.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, and data flow troubleshooting. Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or SAP.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues to non-technical finance stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Background in CPA or formal accounting.
• Experience in complex billing and revenue management environments.
• Prior experience in scaling or evolving an already live Zuora platform.
