Ми шукаємо захопленого та самомотивованого професіонала, щоб приєднатися до нашої команди бэк-офісу на посаду Менеджера бэк-офісу. На цій посаді ви будете відігравати важливу роль у контролі за перевіркою клієнтів та процесами транзакцій.
Обов'язки
- Перевірка клієнтів: Забезпечуйте точне та своєчасне підтвердження інформації про клієнтів, дотримуючись стандартів дотримання вимог та регуляторних норм.
- Моніторинг внесків: Контролюйте та керуйте транзакціями з внесками, забезпечуючи швидке та безпечне оброблення з точністю.
- Обробка знять коштів: Контролюйте процес зняття коштів, забезпечуючи ефективність та оперативне вирішення будь-яких проблем чи розбіжностей.
- Аналіз даних транзакцій: Аналізуйте дані транзакцій для виявлення тенденцій, закономірностей та потенційних сфер для покращення. Надавайте інсайти для підвищення операційної ефективності.
- Дійте завжди в інтересах компанії та співпрацюйте з командою з обслуговування клієнтів та іншими відділами для забезпечення високих стандартів обслуговування клієнтів.
- Виконувати інші супутні завдання за потреби.

- Здатність працювати під тиском та виконувати завдання в строк.
- Знання відповідного програмного забезпечення та інструментів.
