Щоб ці програми відповідали реальним потребам галузі, ми хочемо залучати до їх створення та розвитку практиків із досвідом у сфері оборонних технологій.
Тому зараз ми формуємо коло DefenceTech-експертів Mate academy. Ми не обмежуємося одним напрямком - у міру запуску нових освітніх програм нам можуть бути потрібні спеціалісти з різним професійним досвідом.
Responsibilities
- Консультація команди під час розробки навчальної програми
- Перевірка та вдосконалення теоретичних і практичних матеріалів
- Розробка або рев'ю практичних завдань
- Проведення Q&A-сесій для студентів
- Менторський супровід студентів
- Допомога у визначенні актуальних для галузі навичок та знань
Requirements
- Досвід роботи у сфері DefenceTech
- Бажання ділитись своїми знаннями та досвідом
- Здатність пояснювати складні питання простою мовою
Nice to Have
- Досвід створення курсів, публічних виступів та запису навчальних відео
- Досвід служби у Збройних силах України або досвід професійної взаємодії з військовими підрозділами
