About the Position

Динамічна компанія у сфері Age Management та персоналізованих рішень для здоров’я й енергії шукає Graphic & Motion Designer (Mid-to-Senior), який відповідатиме за створення сильного візуального контенту для соціальних мереж і digital-реклами, поєднуючи статичний та motion-дизайн, та долучиться до розвитку візуальної айдентики брендів з перспективою зростання до Design Team Lead.
Format of the Role
- 70% - Graphic Design: SMM-контент, статичні креативи для Meta та Google Ads, візуальні матеріали для digital-кампаній
- 30% - Motion Design: Motion-креативи для SMM, Meta та Google Ads (short-form, performance-орієнтований контент).
Responsibilities
- Створення статичного та motion-контенту для соціальних мереж
- Розробка рекламних креативів для Meta та Google Ads
- Адаптація дизайнів під різні формати та платформи
- Співпраця з маркетинг- та SMM-командами
- Дотримання та розвиток візуальної айдентики брендів
- Участь у генерації ідей та покращенні креативних рішень
Requirements
- Досвід роботи на позиції Graphic &/або Motion Designer від 3 років
- Сильне портфоліо зі статичними та motion-роботами (обов’язкова умова)
- Розуміння принципів дизайну для SMM та performance-реклами
- Увага до деталей, вміння працювати з дедлайнами
- Бажання професійно зростати та розвиватися до ролі Design Team Lead
Nice to Have
- Досвід або базове розуміння UX/UI-дизайну (лендінги)
- Досвід роботи з digital-продуктами або сервісними брендами
