HR-фахівець з внутрішніх комунікацій

Responsibilities
- Розподіл запитів від співробітників між відповідальними спеціалістами за країнами та містами
- Створення та оновлення персональних даних у внутрішній корпоративній системі
- Формування листів для розсилки в офіси: привітання нових співробітників, дні народження та анкети для адаптації нових працівників.
- Комунікація з колегами з інших офісів.
- Робота з матрицями доступу (RACI) та внутрішніми HR-процесами
- Ведення обліку співробітників у внутрішній корпоративній системі.
Requirements
- Готові працювати повний робочий день з понеділка по п’ятницю з офісу.
- Володієте ПК на рівні досвідченого користувача.
- Стресостійкі, уважні, маєте бажання працювати на результат.
- Вмієте працювати як у команді, так і самостійно, сконцентровані на поставлених завданнях.
