Старший технічний інтерв'юер з PHP

Обов'язки
- Проведення технічних інтерв'ю та оцінки для позицій розробників PHP з метою оцінки навичок кодування кандидатів, здатності до вирішення проблем та розуміння концепцій PHP.
- Співпраця з командами з підбору персоналу для удосконалення питання інтерв'ю та методів на основі вимог до ролі та тенденцій галузі.
- Надання детальної зворотнього зв'язку та рекомендацій керівникам з підбору персоналу та HR-спеціалістам для допомоги у прийнятті рішень про найм.
- Зберігання актуальності останніх технологій та оновлень PHP для ефективної оцінки кандидатів.
- Участь у створенні та стандартизації процесів технічних інтерв'ю та навчальних матеріалів для інтерв'юерів.
Вимоги
- Доведений досвід роботи PHP-розробником з глибоким розумінням PHP-екосистем та фреймворків, таких як Laravel та Symfony.
- Попередній досвід у технічних інтерв'ю, наставництві або викладанні є перевагою.
- Чудові комунікативні та міжособистісні навички.
- Здатність надавати конструктивну відповідь та професійно проводити інтерв'ю.
- Знання додаткових мов є плюсом.
