About the Position
Міжнародна освітня компанія з 25+ роками досвіду та представництвом у 25 країнах запрошує до команди Senior Recruiter, який відповідатиме за повний цикл рекрутингу та допомагатиме розвивати рекрутингову функцію компанії.
Це можливість працювати з різними напрямами найму, впливати на ефективність рекрутингових процесів, тісно взаємодіяти з hiring managers та поступово перейти від операційного рекрутингу до ролі Recruitment Lead - з відповідальністю за процеси, аналітику та розвиток команди.
Responsibilities
- Повний цикл рекрутингу - від заявки до виходу кандидата
- Active & passive sourcing, первинні інтерв’ю та супровід кандидатів
- Робота з hiring managers: профіль кандидата, feedback, якість інтерв’ю
- Управління та аналіз recruitment funnel
- Оптимізація time-to-hire та якості найму
- Робота в ATS Sintegrum
- Аналіз ключових показників: time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, conversion rate, retention та якість найму.
Requirements
- 3+ роки досвіду в рекрутингу
- Досвід повного циклу найму та роботи з великою кількістю вакансій
- Сильні sourcing та interviewing skills
- Вміння працювати з hiring managers
- Системне мислення та орієнтацію на результат
- Готовність поступово брати на себе більше відповідальності.

- EdTech / B2C / сервісний бізнес
- Досвід побудови процесів
- Робота з ATS/CRM та recruitment analytics
