About the Position
Динамічна компанія у сфері Age Management та персоналізованих рішень для здоров’я й енергії шукає SMM Video Content Creator, який створюватиме та розвиватиме short-form відеоконтент для соціальних мереж, забезпечуючи якісний відеопродакшн і підтримку комунікаційних задач бренду.
Необхідні навички та досвід:
- Досвід створення та монтажу short-form відео для соціальних мереж
- Розуміння алгоритмів Reels, TikTok та YouTube Shorts
- Практичний досвід роботи з VN, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro або аналогами
- Відчуття динаміки кадру, хука та сторітелінгу
- Уміння працювати в межах контент-плану та дедлайнів
- Аналітичний підхід до оцінки ефективності контенту.
Responsibilities
- Створення short-form відеоконтенту для Instagram (з адаптацією під TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)
- Монтаж відео з урахуванням динаміки, таймінгу та утримання уваги
- Накладання адаптивних субтитрів із коректним таймінгом та візуальними акцентами
- Адаптація відео під різні формати, пропорції та вимоги платформ
- Робота зі звуком: обрізка, синхронізація, базова обробка
- Підготовка прев’ю та інтеграція текстових і графічних елементів
- Дотримання бренд-гайдів, візуального стилю та Tone of Voice
- Участь у генерації ідей та тестуванні нових відеоформатів
- Аналіз ефективності відео (views, watch time, retention, engagement).
