Ми шукаємо Спеціаліста з технічної підтримки для приєднання до нашої команди в Києві, який забезпечить швидке та точне зворотний зв'язок з клієнтами.
Обов'язки
- Забезпечення швидкого та точного зворотного зв'язку з клієнтами;
- Надання допомоги клієнтам, надаючи правильні рішення питання зрозумілим, стислі та ввічливим способом;
- Передача невирішених питань на другий рівень підтримки з пакетом всієї відповідної інформації;
- Забезпечення належного запису, документування та закриття всіх питань;
- Документування знань у формі технічних нотаток та статей бази знань;
- Проактивне управління питаннями клієнтів;
- Сильний фокус на задоволення клієнтів.
Вимоги
- Розуміння мережевого та захисного програмного та апаратного забезпечення;
- Знання концепцій та протоколів мереж;
- Досвід роботи з Unix/Linux системами;
- Відмінні навички письмової та усної комунікації;
- Сильна здатність до самостійного виявлення та виправлення помилок, самостійності та самостійного навчання.
