About the Position

(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

Contorion is Germany’s leading online specialist retailer for professional trades and industrial supplies. We’re on a mission to revolutionize how small and medium sized businesses buy what they need to succeed and we’re looking for driven, hands-on people ready to shape the future with us.

Responsibilities

As a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager, you will:

Scale performance: Design, manage, and optimize internationally scalable campaigns across our performance marketing channels – from Search and Shopping to price comparison platforms and Paid Social.
Own budgets and performance: Manage significant marketing budgets and ensure that our channel and performance targets are achieved. Keep a close eye on KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and CLV and translate insights into concrete optimization measures.
Drive automation and AI: Challenge existing processes and identify new ways to make them more efficient. Use scripts, AI, and automated workflows strategically – for example, for campaign management, reporting, analysis, and recurring processes.
Turn data into growth: Work with large datasets, conduct complex analyses, and identify opportunities for scaling, efficiency improvements, and sustainable growth.
Optimize product data: Further develop our product data and feeds for different marketing channels and work with feed management and product data tools such as Productsup, ChannelPilot, or ChannelAdvisor.
Shape collaboration: Work closely with Business Intelligence, Pricing, and other relevant stakeholders. Present your analyses and recommendations in a clear, structured, and compelling way and actively contribute your ideas to joint projects.

Experience with automation, for example through Google Ads Scripts, automated reporting, AI-powered workflows, or comparable solutions.
Take a data-driven approach, identify optimization and scaling opportunities, and are motivated to not only improve existing approaches but also rethink them.
