Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking combined with the willingness to get involved and move things forward.
AI Curiosity: A genuine interest in how AI can improve marketing performance, workflows, and team productivity.
Languages: Fluent German and English.

Milestones

Within your first month: Understand our current Marketing setup, build strong relationships with the team and key stakeholders, and gain a clear view of our products, customers, and growth challenges.
Within your first three months: Define shared priorities, goals, and KPIs across Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, and CRM and establish the foundations of our marketing and go-to-market strategy.
Within your first six months: Demonstrate measurable improvements in acquisition, pipeline quality, and Marketing’s contribution to revenue.
Within your first twelve months: Build a more scalable and predictable marketing engine that supports Laserhub’s long-term growth.

We Offer

Real impact, not just execution: Shape our marketing and growth strategy and directly influence how Laserhub reaches and wins customers.
Leadership with room to shape: Lead an experienced team and create the structures, priorities, and processes needed for the next stage of growth.
Cross-functional influence: Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Account Management and help connect the customer journey across teams.
International, modern work environment: Work in an English-speaking, diverse team and collaborate across functions in an international B2B setup.
Benefits that fit your life: Whether it’s a monthly voucher, Wellpass / EGYM, or other options, we offer flexibility instead of one-size-fits-all solutions.
Flexibility that’s actually lived: Work remotely or from Stuttgart and shape your day in a way that fits your life.
Fast-paced, but meaningful: Combine the speed of a tech company with a product that creates real value in a long-term relevant industry.
