Join our team as a Founder's Associate for a new product in Berlin. You'll bring analytical and strategic thinking to drive digital tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of digital tools and automation.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance processes and scalability.
• Utilize your analytical and strategic thinking to solve complex problems.
• Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Sehr gut abgeschlossenes oder fortgeschrittenes Studium – idealerweise in Wirtschaft, MINT oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich.
• Erste Erfahrungen in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld, z. B. in einem Startup, einer Strategieberatung, einem VC oder durch eigene Projekte bzw. ein eigenes Unternehmen, bei denen Du Ownership übernommen und Themen eigenständig vorangetrieben hast.
• Du denkst analytisch und strategisch, scheust Dich aber nicht, selbst mit anzupacken. Du löst komplexe Probleme strukturiert, triffst pragmatische Entscheidungen und treibst Themen konsequent bis zur Umsetzung.
• Hohe Qualitätsansprüche, Eigeninitiative und eine ausgeprägte Can-do-Mentalität zeichnen Dich aus.
• Begeisterung für digitale Tools, KI und Automatisierung sowie die Motivation, neue Technologien einzusetzen, um Prozesse intelligenter und skalierbarer zu gestalten.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift.
