About the Position
BYV Games is looking for a talented 2D animator to join our teams in Kiev, Ukraine and Varna, Bulgaria.
BYV Games is a developer and publisher of digital games on mobile platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day for their originality, engagement, and fun.
Responsibilities
- Creating 2D animation for characters-stickmen
- Creation and customization of 2D effects with particle systems in Unity 3D
- Preparation and optimization of finished assets for integration into projects (Unity)
Requirements
- Good knowledge of animation in Unity
- Knowledge of composition rules and animation techniques
- Ability to draw
- A portfolio is mandatory
- Willingness to complete a small test task
- Game passion and great gaming experience
Nice to Have
- Good knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator
- Experience with game particle systems (smoke, fire, steam, etc.)
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
