Game designer, level designer

About the Position

BYV Games is looking for a talented Game Designer/Level Designer to join our teams in Kiev, Ukraine, and Varna, Bulgaria. We are a developer and publisher of digital games on mobile platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day for their originality, engagement, and fun.

Responsibilities

• Creation and customization of game levels
• Editing game scripts in Unity 3D
• Participation in the work on the game balance
• Participation in the development of the concept of game mechanics and their implementation
• Inventing new characters, plot
• Design documentation compilation
• Games validation

Requirements

• Experience working as a game designer/level designer for at least 2 years
• Logical and analytical mind
• The ability to competently express your thoughts
• English level not lower than Intermediate
• Basic skills in Google Docs, MS Excel, and Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of Unity 3D
• Game passion and great gaming experience

• Basic programming knowledge
