3D Artist (Senior \ Lead)

As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re taking on more hard-surface and real-time projects. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Senior / Lead 3D Artist to drive this direction. If you’re a strong Senior Artist ready to step into a Lead role, we’d love to hear from you as well.

Responsibilities

• Creating high-quality hard-surface assets, including vehicles, weapons, props, and semi-realistic environment assets.
• Owning the full real-time asset pipeline for Unity and Unreal Engine projects: modeling, texturing, shading, optimization, and integration.
• Maintaining visual consistency and quality standards through technical and artistic reviews.
• Participating in R&D by exploring new workflows, tools, and AI-assisted solutions.
• Mentoring artists, providing feedback, and helping shape the artistic direction of projects.

Requirements

• Strong artistic skills with a solid understanding of both semi-realistic and stylized art.
• Deep knowledge of real-time production pipelines, especially for Unity (Unreal Engine experience is a plus), including asset integration, scene setup, lighting, optimization, texture atlases, and trim sheets.
• Commercial experience working on outsourced projects or a variety of game productions.
• Interest in leading a team or growing into a Lead position. Previous leadership experience is a plus, but your expertise and willingness to take ownership matter most.
• Genuine interest in AI tools and understanding how they can improve production workflows.
