About the Company

Datasolut

"Data is our thing. And maybe soon yours too."

We are Datasolut, a data and AI consultancy based in Cologne. We help companies derive real value from their data: from the initial AI strategy to modern Lakehouse platforms and machine learning and agentic AI solutions that actually run in everyday life. And not just look good on slides.

What We Do

We accompany our clients on their entire journey: We understand together where they stand, implement what is really needed, and scale what works. Strategy and implementation come from one source. No hand-offs, no re-explanations, no game of telephone.

Technologically, we are at the forefront: As a Databricks partner and one of the few Microsoft Fabric Featured Partners in Germany, you will work with the platforms that are currently shaping the data world. Our CTO Laurenz is a Databricks MVP. This means: Here you will learn from people who know what they are talking about.

How We Work

We are not a corporation, and that's a good thing. With us, there are short paths, flat hierarchies, and real responsibility from the start. Your ideas do not end up in a drawer but in the next project. We share knowledge, help each other, and celebrate successes together.

What Awaits You With Us

• Projects with real impact instead of busywork
• Work with the latest data and AI technologies such as Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
• A team that is passionate about data and will bring you along
• Space to learn, experiment, and grow
• JobRad and Deutschlandticket as a bonus
• Our office in Cologne. Nothing more needs to be said
