About the Position

Account Director, Influencer Marketing

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Responsibilities

Operate as the business owner, owning the business performance, approving P&Ls, pre-signing off commercial structures, managing the financial health of the business unit, and ensuring legal and financial compliance.
Responsible for revenue growth, upsell, cross-sell, and long-term client partnership strategy.
Leading major pitches and planning, partnering closely with senior members of Planning & Creative.
Establishing & achieving account team annual business objectives, goals, strategies, and action plans.
Own the business performance of key accounts and lead the entire Account Management, Influencer Management, and Sales Admin team.
Represent the company at senior client level; build long-term partnerships. Managing team priorities and diaries to help manage projects and meetings with clients.
Understanding of the client’s business and solid knowledge of the competitive market in which the brand operates.
Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.

Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Minimum of 8 years of working experience in a digital marketing agency.
At least 2 years of working experience in the position of Account Director, with proven ability to lead a team of 10-20 members.
Deep understanding of integrated social/influencer strategy, financial governance, and organizational leadership.
Experience in managing P&L.
Significant experience in professional client relationship management & negotiation.
Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates, and schedules.
Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels.
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as strong enthusiasm.
Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English communication skills.
