We’re now looking for driven Sales Executives who want to be part of this exciting journey in a new business area backed by one of the strongest brands in HR Tech. You’ll be joining a small, ambitious, and energetic team that’s building something truly special. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within our target market.
- Book and manage your own meetings with HR leaders and decision-makers.
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Negotiate, close deals, and celebrate your wins! 🎉
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to bring customer feedback to life.
- Reach and exceed your sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- You’re a doer and a driver someone who loves building, growing, and taking ownership.
- You have 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS or tech.
- You communicate with clarity and confidence both in meetings and presentations.
- You’re proactive, curious, and goal-oriented, with a passion for creating opportunities.
- Experience in HR tech or working with HR professionals is a plus (but not required).

IT Life is possible in the bank!We develop a number of systems that provide to customers and partners with remote banking services. We use Angular 5, React 16.x, HTML5, CSS3, LESS on the front-end, middleware software for management business processes, and failover backend based on Java EE and .NET services. We examine customer’s experience and offer fresh UX-design solutions. We develop native Android and iOS applications allow our clients to enjoy all benefits of banking services from smartphones.Also we work out with the core banking systems applied for card transactions processing that processes more than one million financial transactions per day for millions card accounts of private and corporate clients and thousands of POS-terminals and ATMs, as well as cards and terminals of banks-partners and international payment systems VISA, MasterCard, PROSTIR (ILE C/C++, OS IBM i 7.1, ITM of Euronet Worldwide). We develop public API for digital banking services designed for secure data exchange like P2P, P2M, mVisa etc.We prefer open-stack for own solutions like Angular, React, NodeJS, nginx, WildFly Swarm, OAuth 2.0, Docker, Kubernetes, Elastic, Swagger etc. and various databases on the backend: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, IBM DB2, Oracle, MS SQL and Sybase IQ.Our development processes are based on Agile/Scrum methodology.
