Account Executive (f/m/d)

About the Position

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Account Executive (f/m/d) to join our team in London, England, United Kingdom. This role is pivotal in providing first-class support and assistance to our clients, optimizing affiliate programs, and growing revenues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and relationship management to clients and agencies across assigned and support accounts.
• Manage publisher relationships necessary for the successful management of assigned programs.
• Initiate and implement ideas to grow affiliate activities across different markets in line with client needs.
• Take full ownership of assigned accounts delivery and service levels, providing insights to Team Leaders.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and affiliates through regular meetings and calls.
• Organize weekly exposure and ensure timely delivery of assets to affiliates.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to execute programs flawlessly and monitor performance.
• Communicate with clients/agencies on performance, supported by regular reports and reviews.
• Trial new affiliates or technologies to grow affiliate programs and present new opportunities to clients globally.
• Create documents that support and ease the daily workload for clients.
• Attend client and networking events to enhance client relationships.
• Be the internal owner of all assigned accounts, providing metrics, objectives, and status when required.

• Numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office packages.
