Responsibilities

• Responsibility for post-sales management, account maintenance, and customer retention.
• Develop and agree on commercial and billing conditions.
• Manage investment in promotions and advertising for the portfolio and analyze the optimal investment for each client to maximize the return.
• Analyze the performance of partners.
• Ensure the correct operational functioning and training of our partners in the tools available in the app, considering the impact on the user experience.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in generating and managing client portfolios and accounts.
• Analytical profile, with a good understanding of the business, experience in tracking indicators, and orientation towards decision-making based on data.
• Planning, organization, autonomy, and results-oriented skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Desirable knowledge in Marketing and handling digital marketing indicators (CPO, CPA, CPC, conversion ratios).
• Proficiency in G-suit and MS Office.
• Availability to travel within the city or region as needed.
