Responsibilities

• Post-sales management: Responsibility for managing post-sales, maintaining, and retaining accounts.
• Commercial conditions: Develop and agree on commercial and billing conditions.
• Investment management: Manage investment in promotions and advertising for the portfolio and analyze the optimal investment for each client to maximize returns.
• Performance analysis: Analyze the performance of partners.
• Operational training: Ensure the correct operational functioning and training of our partners in the tools available in the app, considering the impact on the user experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience: Commercial experience in generating and managing client portfolios and accounts.
• Analytical profile: Ability to have a good understanding of the business, with experience in tracking indicators and data-driven decision-making.
• Planning and organization: Capacity for planning, organization, autonomy, and results orientation.
• Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Marketing knowledge: Desirable knowledge in Marketing and handling digital marketing indicators (CPO, CPA, CPC, conversion ratios).
• Technical skills: Proficiency in G-suit and MS Office.
• Travel: Availability to travel within the city or region as needed.
