Account Management Intern
Job description
About the Position
Account Management Intern
Are you passionate about industry and enjoy working with customers? We'd like to hear from you. Join Bold Factory as an Account Management Intern to gain real-world experience in industrial software implementation and customer support.
About Bold Factory
At Bold Factory, we're building modern Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software to help small and medium-sized factories move beyond paper and Excel. Our product connects production planning, materials, inventory, and shop-floor operations. We're based at Lanzadera in Valencia, and the software we build is already used by real companies to run their day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Consulting and Implementation: Configure production, planning, warehouse, maintenance, and quality processes in the systems used by our factory customers.
- Account Management and Customer Relationships: Act as the customer's main point of contact, training end users, answering their questions, and supporting them through change.
- Process Engineering: Help companies improve their information flows and planning methods before and during the digital rollout.
- Continuous Product Improvement and Testing: Carry out validation tests, identify issues, and work with our engineering and UX teams to suggest improvements based on real feedback from factories.
Requirements
- You're in the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree and enrolled at a university with which we can sign an internship agreement. This is a mandatory requirement.
- English: a genuine B2 minimum. C1 or higher is preferred.
- You have a driving license or are willing to obtain one in the next few months.
- You take initiative, ask for help when needed, respond well to feedback, and communicate clearly and confidently in Spanish, both in writing and in conversation.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in an industrial environment or customer management.
- Curiosity about how factories and their production processes work from the inside.
- Interest in MOM/MES systems, process engineering, and industrial technology.
- Ability to explain complex ideas to different roles within a factory.
We Offer
- Accelerated learning: Visit different factories and analyze real industrial processes to gain a 360-degree view.
- Mentoring and feedback: Work closely with Pablo, our CEO and co-founder, who currently leads Customer Success, and take on progressively greater challenges as your confidence grows.
- Visible impact and real responsibility: Own meaningful pieces of work and see how they help customers. Your ideas and technical judgment will have room to grow alongside the product.
- Flexibility around your studies: Organize your working hours with the team so you can make progress at Bold while keeping up with classes, exams, and academic commitments.
- The Lanzadera community: Learn how a technology startup grows from the inside, surrounded by founders and teams building their own companies.
- Room to grow with us: We'd like this internship to be the first step towards a longer journey at Bold. If there's a strong mutual fit and you perform well, our intention is for you to continue growing as part of the team.
- €800 per month as a study allowance.
