Responsibilities

As an Account Management Team Lead SMB, you will:

• Build and lead a high-performing SMB Team.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop your Direct Reports.
• Help your team achieve ambitious commercial targets through coaching, guidance, and performance management.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to drive growth.
• Improve ways of working and contribute to selected business initiatives.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to share best practices and drive business impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting, or a fast-paced start-up environment.
• 2+ years of People management experience or a strong motivation to grow as a leader.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial acumen and a results-driven attitude.
• Good written and spoken communication in Polish and English.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
