Account Manager – AnyLogi (アカウントマネージャー, AnyLogi)
About the Position
Join AnyMind Group as an Account Manager for our global e-commerce solutions, focusing on logistics support and EC business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of our proprietary logistics software, AnyLogi.
- Assist in solving logistics challenges for e-commerce businesses.
- Plan and execute logistics operations and strategies to enhance user loyalty.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure stable operations.
Requirements
必須要件 (Required)
- 2 years or more of experience in the logistics field, or 2 years or more in SaaS customer success or system operations.
歓迎要件 (Preferred)
- Sales experience in the logistics industry, or experience in system implementation consulting.
- Conversational level of English.
