About the Role
AnyMind Group is experiencing rapid growth in the D2C/EC/Marketing sectors, particularly with clients and projects in East Asia and Southeast Asia. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our logistics support business, focusing on the following tasks:
Responsibilities
- Providing support for the implementation of our proprietary logistics software, AnyLogi
- Assisting e-commerce businesses in solving logistics challenges
- Planning and executing logistics operations support and customer loyalty enhancement initiatives
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure stable operations
Requirements
必須要件 (Required)
- 2 or more years of experience in the logistics field, or 2 or more years of experience in SaaS customer success or system operations
歓迎要件 (Preferred)
- Sales experience in the logistics industry, or experience in system implementation consulting
- Daily conversational level of English
