Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified
  • Handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams
  • Maintaining client records and statistics; working with various systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer demands
  • Administrative support of the department and other daily agenda
  • Communication mainly in written form, opportunity to use English on a daily basis

Requirements

  • Language skills

    • English - Advanced (C1)
  • Education

    • Secondary with school-leaving examination
    • Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
    • University education (Bachelor's degree)
    • University education (Master's degree)
