Responsibilities
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified
- Handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Maintaining client records and statistics; working with various systems
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer demands
- Administrative support of the department and other daily agenda
- Communication mainly in written form, opportunity to use English on a daily basis
