Responsibilities

• Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
• Identifikation von Cross- und Up-Selling-Potenzialen bei unseren Bestandskunden
• Beratung zu Erweiterungen, Updates und neuen Modulen/mApps unserer MES-Software
• Regelmäßige Strategiegespräche mit unseren Kunden vor Ort, inklusive Produktionsbegehungen
• Marktbeobachtung zur Ableitung von Vertriebsstrategien

Requirements

• Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft / Informatik / Maschinenbau / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im Bereich Softwarelösungen oder Industrie 4.0
• Kenntnisse im Fertigungsumfeld und MES sind von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Spaß daran, offen auf Menschen zuzugehen
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region

Onboarding

Welcome to MPDV. Our onboarding program starts about four weeks before your first day. We will ask for a personal profile to introduce you internally within the MPDV Group. On your first day, we will start with an onboarding session at our headquarters in Mosbach. The goal is for new colleagues to get a good overview of MPDV and feel like part of the team from day one. We will start with a company presentation and answer all questions related to HR topics such as working hours, time tracking, or internal structures. This will be followed by a tour of the company, where we will hand over all work materials and accesses, and we will have lunch together. Of course, new employees will also meet their new colleagues on this day. By now, it's safe to say: Welcome to the MPDV team!
