To strengthen our sales team in Frankfurt am Main or Gelnhausen, we are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager IT / Cloud (m/w/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• You will independently manage your own customer portfolio – from SMEs to IT partners and resellers – and strategically develop it further
• You will advise IT managers and decision-makers on modern cloud architectures, Microsoft 365, Azure, and security, as well as the appropriate CSP licensing model
• You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from needs analysis to up-selling and cross-selling to contract conclusion
• For technically challenging topics, you will work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions
• You will manage your sales activities and forecasts data-driven via the CRM and keep an eye on your pipeline

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in the sales of IT or cloud solutions – you have already gone through the sales cycle and know how to close deals
• IT-related education/degree or demonstrable IT affinity – you don't have to be a specialist, but you must understand what you're talking about with the customer
• Solid basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions, ideally with initial experience in Azure or security – plus willingness to delve into technical details
• Basic understanding of cloud business models (Subscription, MRR/ARR)
• Confident demeanor towards customers and negotiation skills up to the conclusion
• Structured, independent working style, entrepreneurial thinking, and high customer orientation
• Very good German and good English skills
• Enthusiasm for modern cloud technologies and digital business models
