Account Manager - Bologna

Glovo is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Bologna. You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant Partners through consistent and proactive communication.
• Understand Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
• Manipulate and analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability for both Partners and Glovo.
• Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu optimization.
• Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet Partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App - from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo - with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach based on details.
• Highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google Suite. Salesforce is a plus.
• Native level of Italian and proficiency in English.

On top, your total compensation may include other benefits described above and equity for pre-defined roles. This is the initial hiring range for this role and level.
