To continue our success, we are looking for an Account Manager who will take care of our clients and help them improve their business processes using our product.

Responsibilities

• Help clients maximize the use of all the features our product offers
• Stay in touch, build, and maintain trusting relationships with clients
• Enjoy achieving your goals
• Keep up-to-date data in our CRM, the top system in the world, Zoho
• Collaborate with other departments😊

Requirements

• Have 1+ year of experience in B2B sales and want to work in this field
• Are comfortable working in an office in Kyiv (near Kontraktova Ploshcha)
• English at B2+ level.
• Are ready to learn the technical aspects of our products and can explain them in a way a child would understand
• Are willing to learn scripts and sales techniques
• Can give 120% and do better than the competition
• Are driven by results and the desire to earn a lot.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Telecom, SaaS companies, IT outsourcing, or Digital agencies

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: A Junior Account Manager typically earns between 20,000 to 30,000 UAH. After three months, this amount increases to 30,000-40,000 UAH. Middle and Senior Account Managers can earn from 50,000 to 150,000 UAH. The salary depends on your motivation, efficiency, and the number of successfully closed deals!
