About the Position
Evoplay is one of the leading product IT companies in Ukraine, operating in the international market and creating comprehensive B2B solutions for the online gaming industry.
Due to the scaling of our team, we are looking for an Account Manager. The specialist will join our project-a billing platform. This system is designed for electronic payments through various methods, characterized by high throughput and reliability.
Location: Office in Cyprus or Kyiv.
Format: On-site, full-time.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with e-commerce projects and ensure their support.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement requests from e-commerce projects.
- Monitor payment solutions and resolve technical or operational difficulties.
- Interact with payment systems and financial institutions.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce projects with online payment acceptance (experience in international projects is a plus).
- Experience with payment systems.
- Understanding of online payment procedures through various payment methods.
- English proficiency at the Intermediate level or higher.
