About the Position
«LuckyFit» is an innovative IT company that offers CRM systems for sports clubs, fitness centers, and related products. We provide ready-made solutions that help businesses achieve their goals and increase efficiency. With over 260 clients worldwide, we are expanding our team and are looking for you - an Account Manager (Technical Support Manager).
Responsibilities
- Be well-versed in the company's products and continuously improve your knowledge.
- Answer client questions and assist them in integrating services into their workflows (helpdesk chat).
- Occasionally train clients on the system.
- Understand all customer support processes (connection, data loading, system training and usage).
- Provide feedback and communication reports.
Requirements
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (level B2 or higher).
- Confident use of PC, Excel, and the internet.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Structural thinking, stress resistance.
- Responsibility and integrity.
- Ability to multitask.
- Quick learning ability.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a similar role for at least 6 months.
- Knowledge or experience with CRM systems for sports clubs (Instasport, FitnessPro, ismie, etc.) or ERP systems.
- Technical education.
- Experience working in a fitness club as an administrator, trainer, or manager.
