Now, we're expanding our business development team and looking for an Account Manager who will take ownership of client relationships and help us grow across our international markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with clients across our key European markets
• Take ownership of accounts handed over by the business development team and drive them to successful outcomes
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your client portfolio
• Coordinate internal processes: prepare documents, gather information, and align with cross-functional teams to deliver on client needs
• Support Business Development Managers with day-to-day operational tasks and account-related workstreams
• Keep client information and pipeline up to date and share insights with the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing and growing B2B client relationships in software sales or account management (SaaS or other software products)
• Advanced English, as you will communicate with international clients and colleagues daily
• Track record of managing and growing B2B client relationships, ideally with international clients from Western Europe or North America
• Skill in identifying client needs early and aligning them with the right solutions
• Strong organizational instincts, with a talent for keeping multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders on track
• Adaptive and curious; willing to learn, support the team, and take the lead when needed
• Experience in cybersecurity, risk intelligence, or with public sector clients is a strong plus
