Account Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an Account Manager to manage client projects and campaigns, requiring 2+ years of experience and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support client projects and campaigns - from briefing to reporting and case preparation;
• Daily client interaction;
• Daily work with internal departments of Postmen, freelancers, and external contractors;
• Deep understanding of the client's business, tracking new opportunities for brand and project growth;
• Creating and defending presentations in front of the team and clients.

Requirements

• Project Management experience (2+ years);
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills;
• Ability to easily establish and maintain communication within the team and with the client;
• Balancing multiple priority tasks, deadline control;
• Understanding and operating key media metrics and social media statistics;
• Proactive approach to work and focus on results;
• Desire to continuously develop and learn.

Nice to Have

• Relevant experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager in an agency;
• English language proficiency Upper-Intermediate and above.
