Art Director

About the Position

We are seeking an Art Director to create key visual solutions for advertising campaigns and digital products. Join our professional team in a hybrid work format.

Responsibilities

• Participate in briefings and develop creative concepts.
• Create key visuals for advertising campaigns and identity for new products.
• Develop visual solutions for digital products.
• Prepare and present concepts (packaging, layouts, sketches).
• Control the implementation of layouts and visualizations, form mood boards and storyboards.
• Work in a team to implement projects and develop its professional level.
• Select and brief contractors, prepare cases for festivals.
• Adhere to deadlines and participate in professional events.

Requirements

• Ability to create key visual solutions for advertising campaigns.
• Generate concepts for marketing and product visual presentations.
• Experience in developing dynamic and graphic concepts for digital products.
• Developed identity for new products.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, preferably After Effects, Premiere, 3D Max/Cinema.
• Hand-drawing skills, artistic taste, and understanding of composition, forms, and color.
• Clearly formulate visual ideas and adapt them to different styles.
• Experience in team formation and professional development.
• Presentation skills and ability to defend ideas to clients.
• Professional education and work experience:
  • Art Director for at least 1 year or Senior Graphic Designer for at least 3 years.

• Portfolio with examples of completed work.
• English proficiency at the Intermediate level or higher.
