Zoolatech is undergoing constant growth of the business which resulted in a creation of an Account Manager position.
Your primary job will be building & nurturing relationships with existing clients. We expect you to be creative and enthusiastic in seeing the opportunities on how to achieve that - using the company’s best practices as well as going out of the box.
Responsibilities
- Driving top-line revenue growth within existing accounts
- Owning client relationships and managing key stakeholders
- Leading proposals and RFI/RFP/RFS responses within existing clients
- Business forecasting (revenue, pipeline)
- Owning SOW preparation, invoicing coordination, and P&L tracking
- Client reporting and internal reporting to Zoolatech leadership
- Supporting recruitment for the accounts
- Overseeing delivery health
Requirements
- 5+ years in Account Management, Client Partner, or similar client-facing role in IT services / staff augmentation
- Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts
- Experience owning commercial aspects - SOWs, invoicing, P&L tracking
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders across client organizations
- Strong experience in forecasting and planning
- High EQ with ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Willingness and ability to travel
