About the Position
Zeeks is an international IT company specializing in building and promoting websites for the iGaming industry. We focus on complete website optimization, market and competitor research, affiliate marketing services, web development, and affiliate program expansion. With over 1000 trusted partners, we are expanding and seeking an Account Manager to ensure the full cycle of partner program account management and maintain effective communication with partners.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle of affiliate program account management
- Filling the CRM system with a database of partner accounts, checking and updating data
- Creation and updating the documentation on team processes
- Maintaining and supporting internal project files
- Interaction with the company’s partners in terms of maintaining accounts and obtaining unique tracking links
- Regular reporting based on data from partner accounts
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager in the IT field
- English level B1
- Experience with CRM
- Ability to work with large amounts of information, organize, analyze data, and process it using Google Spreadsheets
Nice to Have
- Experience in affiliate marketing/iGaming
- Ability to use traffic tracking tools, TDS: Keitaro/Binom/HotJar
- Ability to use iGaming platforms (NetRefer/Affilka/IncomeAccess)
