About the Position

We are seeking a Market Manager (m/w/d) Hotel Partnerships to join our team in Münster, focusing on building and maintaining B2B relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships within the hospitality industry.
• Utilize your experience in online travel and booking platforms to understand the business.
• Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm in establishing business connections.
• Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills with a clear focus on results.
• Work independently and organize your region responsibly.
• Think entrepreneurially and be eager to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing environment.
• Utilize MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Communicate fluently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Travel extensively (over 50%) within your region and possess a Class B driver's license.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, online travel, or at a booking platform.
• Practical experience in partner or account management, ideally in a digital context.
• Genuine pleasure in establishing business relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a clear results focus.
• Independent, structured work approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to make a difference in a fast-growing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency in German and very good English, both spoken and written.
• Travel readiness of over 50% within your region and possession of a Class B driver's license.
