About the Position

Account Manager New Logo Germany

Matrix42 is seeking a dedicated Account Manager for our New Logo Germany team to drive customer acquisition and develop long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition in Germany.
• Use analytical prospecting to filter out the most promising target customers.
• Develop leads through smart nurturing with relevant communication, personal touchpoints, and a sustainable, customer-centric approach.
• Create acquisition plans, maintain the CRM, manage the entire sales cycle, and inspire new customers with tailor-made solutions.
• Organize presentations and workshops and represent the company at trade fairs and events.

• Communicative: Explain complex software solutions in an understandable way, recognize needs, and build trust.

• Strong sales skills: Confidently use methods such as MEDDIC, BANT, or Challenger Sale.
• Tech-savvy: Familiar with software solutions and IT trends and advise on an equal footing.
• Results-oriented: Focus on successful deals and customer relationships.
• Flexible & mobile: Adapt quickly and are willing to travel.
• Fluent German and English

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT software sales, ideally in the field of enterprise or IT service management.
• Track record in new customer acquisition and a strong personal network.
