About the Position
We are looking for an Account Manager for the Italy region to join our team at Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success.
Please note that this job opportunity is Milan office based.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant Partners through consistent and proactive communication.
- Understand Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Manipulate and analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability for both Partners and Glovo.
- Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu optimization.
- Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet Partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App - from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo - with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- Motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantage.
- Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach based on details.
- Highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite. Salesforce is a plus.
- Native level of Italian is required as well as proficiency in English.

Base Hiring Range
EUR 26,338 - EUR 32,923 - Yearly
On top, your total compensation may include other benefits described above and equity and/or variable bonuses for pre-defined roles.
