Account Manager (Retail) - Romania

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our QCommerce team in Romania. This role is pivotal in driving growth within the grocery sector. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with top Glovo’s partners in Romania.
• Develop and execute plans to drive partner growth through technical understanding of the Q-commerce delivery model, marketing activations, and assortment performance.
• Analyze partner KPIs and ensure business performance and growth.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for operational improvements.
• Onboard new partners, providing necessary tools and information.
• Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Experience: Significant experience (2+ years) in high-performance account management or Business Consultancy roles. Bonus points if from the FMCG or Retail industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office, and Excel.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Good relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Project management skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.
  • Responsiveness, adaptability, and flexibility.
