About the Position
We are hiring an Account Manager - RNG for our team in St. Julian's, Malta. Join us to manage multiple clients and drive growth in the online gambling industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple clients in a professional and organized manner.
- Act as the main liaison between Evolution RNG Division and its partners.
- Track RNG games performance and propose actions to improve KPIs.
- Ensure flawless game releases, manage escalations, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Collaborate with partners on campaigns, tournaments, and new game launches.
- Drive growth with partners to achieve the group’s targets and deliverables.
- Establish trust and relationships with key client influencers and decision-makers.
- Work with clients to compile data and insights on product performance.
- Up-sell existing clients for new products and premium offerings.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic, proactive, outgoing, and have a natural flair for sales.
- Previous experience in online gambling, specifically casino (preferably video slots) is advantageous.
- Past or current experience with customer relationship/B2B account management is preferred.
- Keen interest in knowing what’s happening within the gaming industry.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and oral. Any additional languages are a definite plus.
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
- Be computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Available to travel when required.
