About the Position

Account Manager - Supply Operations - Poland

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Account Manager for Supply Operations in Poland. This role is pivotal in optimizing our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) relationships and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the 3PL framework, defining the right next steps for each partner.
• Support the Legal and Operations teams through diligent management of 3PL and rider documentation.
• Develop processes and long-term projects to improve the efficiency of the 3PL setup.
• Identify industry trends and act proactively to outperform competitors.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to guarantee the best possible user experience.
• Oversee daily relationships with 3PL partners, managing their requests and ensuring an optimal rider supply.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Experience in the delivery or on-demand industry is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented, autonomous, and efficient mindset.
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
• Capacity to approach situations from different perspectives and propose creative solutions.
• Persuasive communicator with attention to detail and evidence-based reasoning.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with a strong commitment to getting the job done.
